This EPS Hot Wire Foam Block Cutting Machine is designed for precise cutting of EPS, polystyrene, and styrofoam blocks. It features a heavy-duty square steel frame for stable, deformation-free operation, and supports automatic horizontal, vertical, and downward cutting with manual wire setup for flexibility.

Equipped with a 10KVA multi-tapped transformer, it offers wide voltage adjustment and stable performance. The cutting speed ranges from 0-4m/min, ensuring high efficiency and accuracy for various foam processing needs.

Available in multiple models (PSC200C/400C/600C/800C) to meet different block size requirements, it is widely used in foam packaging, insulation, and construction industries for reliable, high-quality cutting.

1. The main frame of the machine is welded from square profile steel, with strong structure, high strength and no deformation;

2. The machine can make horizontal cutting, vertical cutting and down cutting automatically, but wires setting is done by hand.

3. Adopts 10KVA multi-tapped special transformer for adjustment with wide adjustable range and multiple votages.
