Product Description

EPS foam cold press is one type of plastic foam recycling equipment. It easily compresses plastic foam with a high compression ratio, requiring no added chemicals and producing no odor during the cold pressing process. By compressing materials, the foam cold press reduces the volume of waste foam, effectively solving problems such as the large volume, difficulty in recycling, and inconvenient transportation of EPS and EPE foam. No heat is generated during the cold pressing process.

1. The cold press can compress foam up to 40 times, greatly facilitating transportation. 2. No chemicals are added during the compression process, therefore no odor is produced. 3. Feeding, use, and maintenance are simple, and operators can easily learn how to operate it. The polystyrene foam compactor is a mechanical device that uses the pressure generated by the rotation of a screw to extrude high-density foam blocks. This compactor performs cold pressing and compression processing on raw materials. During use, the operator simply puts the foam into the hopper of the EPS foam compactor, and the foam is crushed and compressed by the crushing mechanism of the polystyrene compactor. After processing by the spiral mechanism, square foam plastic compressed blocks can be produced.
